The Bush-Cheney Web site, http:\/\/www.georgewbush.com\/, has blocked access to the site by clients (browsers) that are located on foreign computers &#8211; those outside of the U.S. It&#8217;s not a complete ban because computes form Canada can view the site.  Reports are available in the Washington Post,  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/articles\/A2668-2004Oct27.html\">http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/articles\/A2668-2004Oct27.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it&#8217;s not that surprising since they only allow people who agree with them to attend campaign rallies, they get their news only from hand-picked resources, and don&#8217;t bother to respond to charges published in news outlets they don&#8217;t agree with (until the story gets so big they have to make some response.)<\/p>\n<p>Other reports on this story are available from  Netcraft, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/news.netcraft.com\/archives\/2004\/10\/26\/bush_campaign_web_site_rejects_nonus_visitors.html\">Bush Campaign Web Site Rejects Non-US Visitors<\/a> and  BBC News, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/1\/hi\/technology\/3958665.stm\">Bush website blocked outside US<\/a>. The report by Netcraft suggested that the blocking may be done  to manage hosting costs.
