This record is like unearthing an 80’s shoegaze classic that’ been buried for years under a mountain of noise. It swirls with narcotic mesmerism and while the spell works its evil magic your head is slowly caved in with terrifying accuracy. Whether they come at you slow or pound your face to dust as quick as lightning the result is total annihilation. It’s good stuff.

I think I have just focused on that original idea and feeling I had when I was younger. It gets harder though, the more you experiment with different sounds, the more you are completely aware of what is going on. So the way we build upon those original ideas is creating new sounds and going different places with the songs.

this is such a mesmerising album, it doesn’t have beauty it doesn’t have fragile harmonies that you might expect of an album that I find mesmerising, but it just takes over you when you listen to it.
