A Place To Bury Strangers’ mainman Oliver Ackermann is also the head of Death By Audio, the Brooklyn-based effects pedal company that has handmade pedals for acts like Nine Inch Nails, Wilco, My Bloody Valentine and now, U2’s Edge.
U2’s new single, “Get Your Boots On” was based around a riff written by Edge when he was toying around with Death By Audio’s Supersonic Fuzz Gun pedal.
