Dinner Tonight: Lisa’s Lazy Pot Roast

Beech Tree leaves, early fall, Home, Falmouth VADinner tonight was pot roast using the recipe known throughout the Web as Lisa’s Lazy Pot Roast.

The recipe is very easy, and the result, if you cook the meat slowly, is very satisfying. Super good on a chilly night.

It seems that the recipe is published in The Complete Meat Cookbook You can also read the recipe in the book as a Google Books publication.
